And now for something a little different: Ham and Cheese with Chutney

The first time I had a ham and cheese sandwich with chutney I had bought it at an airport in London, I always buy a little food on arrival at airports, that way by the time I make my way to hotel,at all different hours of the day, I don't have to venture out again right away if starving. So I bought it, by mistake, I didn't really read labels I just bought a sandwich, and it was good, different, but in a great way,

This really does need a nice strong cheddar, but all I had was swiss, so swiss it was.
This is Rosemary Ham from Trader Joes, it is really flavorful, one slice goes a long way, it also falls apart the way ham should, a really nice product.

Spread some mayo and mustard on one side and chutney on the other.
Top one side with ham, the other with cheese.
Add some lettuce, tomato if you like, and done,
Ham and cheese with Chutney
1 slice ham
1 slice cheese
2 tsp mayo
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp mango chutney
2 slices bread
lettuce
