It's June! My sister's birthday is this month, so there should be some sort of flourless chocolate cake recipe posting soon, probably with raspberry sauce. I'm not quite ready to give up spring yet, I have 20 something days to get over it, and make spring food for as long as possible. Ingredient wise, it's easily my favorite.
The truly perfect lunch, is the one you buy, ok so it's not a godmother with everything (how good is that?) from Bay Cities, but next best thing Belwood in Brentwood.
Ham and cheese on ciabatta, with lettuce tomato and mayo, the bread is just so perfect, and ham, actually tastes like ham from France, you could flirt with this sandwich, nothing like it.
