She's so pretty and easy raspberry cake

Not only is she good looking, she;s yum, the raspberry is sour, the cake soft on the inside, and a little crunchy on the outside.Gets crazy raves, especially because it;s a box cake?

There's one great trick to using box cakes (and it's not don't buy them) it's get a great box, this is Trader joes Yellow cake. 


Raspberry Coffee Cake
1 yellow box cake
1 cup butter, melted
3 eggs
1 cup water
1 bag frozen raspberries

Make the batter with the box, eggs, butter, and water,
Pour 2/3 of the batter into a greased bundt pan,
Add the raspberries,
And top with the remaining batter.

Place in a 350 degree oven (or 365 degree oven if your oven is as slow as mine)
Bake for an hour (but check around 5 minutes early).
Wait for it to cool before you invert it.
The berries can make it crack.

Makes a great coffee cake, or breakfast cake. :)
