A Roast with the Most

one pork tenderloin

one onion, peeled, wedged

one potato, scrubed and cut into large chunks

olive oil

2 cloves garlic, crushed

grilling spice mix, no Salt or MSG (i like TJ's)

Preheat the oven to 425, spread veg on roasting pan, place tenderloin on top, dizzle on olive oil, grill mix, garlic and salt and roast for around half an hour, til the
